🔄 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return your HydroSwift for a full refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

📦 How to Start a Return

1. Email support@gethydroswift.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.

4. Your refund is processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.

🔁 Exchanges

Want a different PSI model instead? No problem. Email us with your order number and we'll arrange a swap — no extra hassle.

💰 Refund Details

Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement after we process it.

🛠 Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective product? Email us with photos and your order number. We'll send a free replacement immediately under our 1-year warranty — no return needed.
